 Miss Colombia, Adriadna Gutierrez, was crowned  on Sunday night when host Steve Harvey inadvertently read her name instead of that of the actual pageant winner. Shortly thereafter he returned to the pageant stage to retract his statement. Last year’s Miss Universe then removed the crown from Miss Colombia’s head and placed it on that of Miss Philippines, the new Miss Universe.
