Sofia Vergara Celebrates Husband Joe Manganiello's 39th Birthday With Chocolate Cake

Joe Manganiello celebrated his 39th birthday on Monday, December 28 — and new wife Sofía Vergara made sure it was a night to remember.
Sharing a snap of the
couple's intimate celebrations, Vergara looked stunning as she posed
with her handsome husband alongside a chocolate cake dessert with a
birthday candle ready to be blown out.
Earlier in the
day, Vergara, 43, sent her love a birthday message via Instagram, which
consisted of a picture of the pair of them on their wedding day back in
November, complete with an adorable message: "Happy bday to the husband I
always dreamed of," complete with three heart emojis.
Appreciating the sentiment, birthday boy Manganiello replied to his wife's note with a simple "Te amo!"
The
festive period has been a special time for the couple, who started
dating back in 2014 and became engaged on Christmas day a year ago.
Their lavish wedding in Palm Beach, Florida, on November 22 was a dream come true for the Modern Family star.
"My son, Manolo, was very excited to give me away," Vergara told Ellen DeGeneres earlier this month. "It was like a fairy tale. It came out perfectly how I wanted it, I have to say."
